Before you start, we suggest doing all of the ground work first. This means getting all your measurements and after images sorted. For details on how to take those go to this link here.

Note: This is a competition so you want to include as many details as possible to help us get a good picture of your progress. 

Just remember at the end of the day this is mainly about you vs you. As long as you are better tomorrow than you were yesterday then you are winning the battle.
