Following the traditional HTK philosophy, this program is simple to understand, effective, and will challenge you throughout. It covers all of your performance needs of strength, power, agility, and endurance while helping you define your physique so you look and feel at your best.

There will be two 4-week phases to keep your training fresh and have you building lean muscle mass, increasing strength, and becoming an all-around ultimate athlete. With the option to choose HOME or HOME + GYM, lack of equipment will not get in the way of your progress.

All fitness levels can benefit from this program. With the addition of weight and scaling options, everyone from beginner through advanced will see progress.

Game changer

Hard to kill gave me exactly what I needed. I’m on week two of the regimen and so far I’m loving it with my work schedule and lack of gym membership I’m able to crush my workouts after work right at home. I’m working towards joining the army and have needed a good start point to get my fitness up and my endurance tested and pushed to new heights. It’s still early in the program and with built different combined with the push up pull-up plan I’m feeling better every day. Looking forward to my journey becoming hard to kill can’t wait to crush this plan and the ones to come. Thanks guys for your work and service.

Haven’t gotten the full experience

I’m still held accountable to group PT unfortunately. So I haven’t gotten to follow the program as designed. But the few workouts I have done are perfect for me. Quick, simple and don’t require a lot of equipment!

Great Programme

Just finished the second week but it seems a good program. Doing the gym workout, 2 upper and 2 lower weight sessions and then cardio too. Finding it enjoyable and not too time consuming to find around work.

Great plan

Two weeks in and seeing great results so far. Wish it had more “dedicated” days for chest, back, and shoulders, but I’m starting to like the superset layout of the plan more and more each day.
