I absolutely love it. It's easy enough for people who are new to push-ups and/or pull-ups, but hard enough that you really get a good workout and genuinely strengthen the muscles you are targeting.
I started this past Monday (the 4th), and for push-ups, which I thought I was pretty good at, I've already increased range of motion (going lower and breaking 90° on my elbows), increased max reps, and improved overall form. With pull-ups, I'm definitely getting stronger and will lose the bands soon enough.
Definitely a good add-on to Tactical Bodyweight
