Our training has helped former and Active SOF members, Private Military Contractors, SWAT members, Celebrities, and military & Law enforcement, prepare themselves for the real threats they face daily.
We use a balanced mix of lifting, calisthenics, and conditioning, with every session being simple to understand and perform yet effective. You don’t need flashy equipment, or hours in the gym to become a top operator.

I had a little bit of trouble downloading the program at first but Will with customer service solved my problem extremely quickly! Will definitely make additional purchases in the future.
HTK makes solid programs that actually work if you follow them, the quarantine program kept me lean but this program is giving me my strength back!

It’s a great quick burner
Progress is pretty obvious even in week 3. Definitely got me off my plateau. A challenging program when diet and schedule is followed.
Solid program, especially given the constraints of bodyweight-only in a gymless year. Challenging but reasonable (as in, you don’t have to devote your whole waking life to it or risk injury on day 5). Good variety and mix of different ladders and EMOMs, etc. My only complaint would be that it’s light on overhead/shoulder work which is, again, forgivable given it’s bodyweight only.
