An extremely well structured combination of strength work, volume, hypertrophy, and conditioning. Nutrition is what is going to determine whether you gain muscle, hover at your current weight, or lose weight - be as consistent with your macros as you are with your time in the gym, and this program WILL deliver. Really having fun on this one!
I'm currently 5 weeks deep in the program. The workouts are as challenging as you are willing to make them. The programming is legit. As a former Airborne guy, and now a Fireman, this program and the HTK community are solid. Can't wait to push thru the 12 weeks so I can start the Elite Operator program. Noticed the soldier on the cover was rocking the 509 patch. I'll buy it strictly to support the Geronimo on the cover.
I’ve only done this for 2 weeks and had to modify a few things as I am starting back working out after about 6months off. I enjoy the pace and how it is structured. If you want something different give this a go.

My experience so far...
Exercises are totally relative to my line of work.
Positive change from the mundane body building workouts
Feeling soreness I haven’t felt since the military. It’s awesome when you can’t walk after leg day.
You immediately recognize the way the program flows and how your entire body is utilized.
I don’t have access to a pool so I substitute with rowing and elliptical.
Overall I am excited to complete the 12 week program and reap the rewards.
For any newbies like me...I brought my printed packet to staples and had it laminated and spiral bound. After doing this you can use China pens(grease pencils) to write in the book to keep track of your progress. Dry erase will just rub off.
Only two weeks in but I think it’s excellent. I like the variety of the three workouts.
Currently on Week 4 of the program and it is still killing me! And the pain is GOOD. It's the slow death of the lazier, weaker, and undisciplined version of me. Gonna do another 6-weeks once I finish, this time with a 20lb vest and working weights into the schedule. Thank you to the Team for creating such an effective regime. Cheers!
I just finished the whole (gym-based) program. I really like the structure and template. I also did the optional arm specialization which helped a ton. I really dig the high volume days which definitely requires you to grit through it. I definitely feel the improvement in work capacity as this program requires you to do a ton.
I like the exercise selections which also hits body parts that are often neglected (for injury prevention). Will definitely run this program again in the near future. The multiple conditioning options also helps keep it fun. Nothing about this program is boring!
I'll be moving out soon and will be gym-less for a while. This will be a perfect time to do the bodyweight version of the plan.
Also, I had a bit of problem at the start with the purchase, and they helped me quickly. Proper customer service.
I am a huge fan of the company and fully support what they stand for. Couldn’t recommend the workout programs or apparel any stronger. Stay hard to kill 💪🏻
3 weeks in, haven’t lost a lot of weight but I am starting to see more definition, which is telling me the fat is leaving and the muscle is staying👌🏼 10/10
