I am a career Firefighter Paramedic and was put on a 2 week quarantine for a COVID exposure. I was looking for some sort of program to help me keep up on my fitness while I was away from work. I’ve used many programs from various people (MattDoesFitness, Zac Perna, Athlean-x), and I think this is my favorite. I love the intensity of it. It’s amazing. I’m only a week in, but I already feel the effects. I’m more explosive, stronger, and feeling leaner. 10/10, would recommend.

It’s been working very, I’ve already noticed differences in my physical fitness already. Although going to the field has interrupted my training, I find it still works and it’s easy to follow and very demanding. Being in the military myself, it’s nice to have a program that applies to my work. Every time I’m in the gym now, I feel like I’m actually doing workouts that will benefit me moving forward in the Infantry and allow me to crush my future courses. Thank you!
Great program! I followed the plan and finished it. 2nd time around i followed the program, i implemented weights and I thought it was awesome!
It definitely challenges my little warriors but they are able to complete the workouts and feel amazingly confident afterwards.
