We are targeting your full body with this session utilizing zero equipment. For each exercise, you will do 5 reps taking 10 seconds each (5 second lower + 5 second raise) then move straight into 5 explosive reps. 

The exercises are laid out as they should be completed, so for example you will do 5 reps of regular push-ups very slowly followed by 5 explosive push-ups. Same with squats where you will move from regular squats to jump squats. For the lying leg raises, you will be performing the same exercise just at a different tempo.

Rest 60 seconds between exercises & complete 5 rounds in total!

To make this session more difficult, add a plate carrier weighing no more than 25lbs.
